By foregoing his final year of eligibility at the college level, Rashan Gary was already banking on himself. But it looks like he’s banking on himself at a level that most fans hadn’t previously imagined.
According to sports law and agent insider Darren Heitner, Gary isn’t just going to the NFL, he wants to represent the NFL — well, at least the people who comprise the league on the field, that is. Gary reportedly will not sign with an agent, because he’s signing with himself, as he’s launching his own sports agency, per Heitner.
And that logo you’ve seen Gary using all season? That’s been in the plans all along, as his new company’s logo.
It will be interesting to see how quickly the ambitious former Wolverine can build his newfound venture, and who his first major client is.
