4-star LB Anthony Solomon Recaps Michigan Visit, Will Commit Tonight

Following official visits to Miami (FL) on Dec. 8 and Michigan on Dec. 15, Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) St. Thomas Aquinas 2019 four-star linebacker Anthony Solomon is ready to make his college decision.

“I have everything figured out on where I want to go,” Solomon told WolverinesWire on Dec. 16. “I’ll be posting tonight.”

During Solomon’s visit to Michigan on Dec. 14-15, he spent time with a few friends – safety Josh Metellus, linebacker Devin Gil and linebacker Devin Bush Jr.

Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh and defensive coordinator Don Brown were around Solomon for a majority of the trip. He also caught up with defensive analyst Devin Bush Sr.

“I grew up looking up to Devin (Bush),” Solomon said. “When I was there, he was telling me about his experience. He loves it there.”

Going hand-in-hand with Solomon’s casual conversations with Brown, the two had dinner together and talked for quite a while about the past, present and future.

“We spoke about our shortcoming in the state game and how my leadership on the field showed class,” Solomon said.

Solomon also went bowling with a few Michigan coaches.

The linebacker is ranked No. 193 in the nation, No. 10 at outside linebacker and No. 28 in the state of Florida, according to the 247Sports Composite.
