2019 4-star CB Jalen Perry Previews Upcoming Michigan Visit, Chances at Dropping Commitment on Trip

When asked if Dacula (Ga.) 2019 four-star cornerback Jalen Perry could commit to Michigan during his Nov. 17 visit, he said he was unsure.

Essentially, Perry is going back-and-forth in his head about dropping his commitment to Michigan this Saturday. Nonetheless, the 6-foot-1, 188-pound cornerback will be in Ann Arbor.

“I’m looking forward to talking to coaches and players, watching the game and seeing the atmosphere in the Big House,” Perry said.

Perry has offers from Michigan, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Auburn, Cincinnati, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Iowa State, Mississippi State, N.C. State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Penn State, Stanford, Tennessee and Vanderbilt.

The cornerback said he is “very interested” in Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh’s team and defensive coordinator Don Brown’s defense.

Even though Perry might not commit on Saturday, he claimed Michigan is a place he could see himself at.

“It’s a place I could see myself at because of the way Michigan plays their defensive backs, the knowledge of coach Brown and coach Harbaugh, and it’s an academic school,” he added.

Perry is ranked No. 171 in the nation, No. 19 at cornerback and No. 22 in Georgia, according to 247Sports Composite.
