How Isaiah Livers is Adjusting to His New Role Coming Off the Bench

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – He became the starter at the four last season, starting with the Wolverines sole regular season contest against in-state rival MSU, but things are changing in Ann Arbor, given both the attrition and new additions to Michigan’s roster.

Forward Isaiah Livers is now coming off the bench, with true freshman Ignas Brazdeikis starting, but when he came in for the Wolverines in the 63-44 season opening win over Norfolk St., he made the most of his opportunity, making several hustle plays, while going 3-5 for 8 points, and adding 8 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 blocks.

After the game, Livers spoke about his newfound role as the team’s sixth man, and how he’s embracing it.
