Michigan Moves Up in Latest Amway Coaches Poll

Michigan held steady at No. 21 in last week’s Amway Coaches Poll, but after a rousing victory to start Big Ten play against Nebraska, the Wolverines gained favor in the eyes of the coaches.

The maize and blue dominated the Huskers on Saturday, winning 56-10 — and the game wasn’t even that close. As a result, the coaches moved Michigan up six spots, all the way up to No. 15.

Next week, Michigan will take on unranked Northwestern, who was on bye in Week Four.
