After a visit he called “a game changer,” the 2020 four-star is ready to call Ann Arbor home.

Denver Warren took an unofficial visit to Michigan two weeks ago, and it couldn’t have gone any better.

A week later, he cut his list of suitors down from 15 to 5, but it seemed apparent that Michigan was going to be the destination. And on Monday, that became a reality.

The four-star made it official, having taken to Twitter to announce that he has officially committed to Michigan.

Warren becomes the Wolverines third commitment of the 2020 class, joining WR Kalil Branham and CB Andre Seldon, who committed two weeks ago.

After his Michigan visit, Warren told WolverinesWire that the maize and blue were the obvious favorite.

“I could pull (the trigger) at any point,” Warren said. “I know where I want to go. I talked to my mom. I know – in those two days that I’ve been up here in Ann Arbor, it’s just a game changer. A whole different mindset.”

The four-star defensive tackle (per ESPN) is rated as the 286th-best prospect in the 2020 class per the 247Sports Composite, the 5th-best player in the state of Illinois and the 23rd-ranked DT.
