The long sought-after CG has the Wolverines in his latest round of cuts.
Michigan Makes Top 6 For 2019 Three-Star Combo Guard
Will the Michigan target end up in maize and blue?
The Wolverines have been in hot pursuit of 2019 Glen Falls (NY) Senior combo guard Joseph Girard, and it looks like that’s continued to pay off.
Girard took to Twitter on Saturday night to announce his top six schools remaining, and Michigan made the cut.
It will continue to be a battle for the Wolverines, as Notre Dame, Penn State, Boston College, Duke and Syracuse also made his Top 6.
Duke is the presumed favorite, with 67% of the 247Sports Crystal Ball. Michigan has an 8% chance, per prognosticators.
Girard is rated the 145th-best player, regardless of position by the 247Sports Composite.
